Ada’s Order

About

Ada.

One person, one kitchen, one order at a time.

Ada is a mother of five, and a musician.

She has cooked for a full table most of her adult life. Somewhere along the way it stopped being a chore.

Bread takes two days. A crêpe cake is thirty crêpes, one at a time. She stopped looking for a faster way.

Music taught her restraint — when to stop adding. She takes things off a plate rather than putting more on.

So she makes fewer things. Each one by her own hand, with the care she'd give her own table.

Making more was never the point.
